Single Room with Bath in buildings A, B & C

These are all comfortable private rooms with private toilet and shower. They are totally furnished with a bed, night stand with lamp, reclining chair, end table with lamp, built-in desk, desk chair, carpeting, and blinds. Closets, drawers and shelves are built in. These rooms are centrally air-conditioned and a small refrigerator is provided. Of course, residents may add their personal possessions such as television, radio, pictures, etc. A microwave, pop-up toaster, and small coffeemaker are allowed; however, the resident must provide these appliances. Any major changes or additions must be approved by the Executive Director.
Two-Room Suite with Bath in buildings A, B & C

These consist of two fully furnished rooms with private toilet and shower. Furnishings include bed, dresser, night stand with lamp and a chair in the bedroom; reclining chair, rocker, end table with lamp, built-in desk, and desk chair in the living room. They also have carpeting, blinds, small refrigerator, air-conditioning, and built-in closets, shelves and drawers. Again, residents may add their personal items such as TV, radio, and pictures; but major changes must be approved by the Executive Director. A microwave, pop-up toaster, and small coffeemaker are allowed; however, the resident must provide these appliances. There is a second person fee of $688 if two people occupy a suite. Sharing of suites is limited to married couples, siblings, and parent/child relationships.

Regular Single Room (without bath) - $1,038 monthly
These rooms are approximately 14' x14'. They are basically furnished with
a rug, curtains, bed, dresser, writing table and regular chair. You may
add or change anything you wish to make it more home like. Most residents
like to bring or purchase an easy chair and television set for their room.
Some also like to add a window air-conditioning unit and small refrigerator (3.7
cu. ft. limit). Of course, you will also want your family pictures, knick
knacks, etc. Bed linens and towels are furnished. Although these rooms do
not have private bath, toilet facilities are available on each floor of
every cottage.
Regular Two-Room Suite
(without bath)
- $1,258 monthly
This is simply two rooms that adjoin. The bedroom is furnished the same as
a regular single room (above). The other room has a rug and curtains, and
it is up to the resident to provide other furnishings.
